Deliverables

  • Analysis of gaps, risks and opportunities with regard to current strategy from a market, consumer and legal standpoint
  • Update of commitments and development of the current global roadmap with key actions, timing, KPIs, P&L on the 5 identified pillars
  • Breakdown of the global roadmap by subsidiary and by country
  • Implementation of operational deployment and monitoring tools for all subsidiaries
