ASSESS & RE-DESIGN THE GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORK
In collaboration with the management teams in China, Singapore, California, we assessed the risks (on the value chain, on finance, regarding consumers and law…), redesigned the global framework and launched various pillars & projects. We also helped collect global data and covered the ESG report.
- Corrective assessment of the global carbon/biodiversity/human footprint
