FORESIGHT AND AWARENESS OF REGULATORY AND COMPETITIVE RISKS RELATED TO THE CLIMATE CRISIS

BRIEF

Develop internal awareness on regulatory and competitive risks related to the climate crisis as well as business opportunities.

METHODOLOGY
  • Working sessions with the Editorial Committee to assess Air Liquide’s strategy, identify the knowledge gaps and build the editorial line for a dozen of speaking engagements.
  • Identification of diverse external experts for internal speeches with high added value.
  • Speakers booking and preparation.
DELIVERABLES

  • Internal editorial line S2 / 2021 & 2022 of the Air Liquide group on positive impact topics including a list of topics and external impact experts
  • Awareness & inspiration sessions for the Purchasing department on diverse topics, delivered by WDNR and its experts: the EU Green Deal and its impact on the company and its strategy, the Carbon Capture industry, Business Alliances, … (150 attendees: from the operational buyer to the Global CPO)

OUTCOME
  • Co-creation of a full Line Up in 2022 with inspiring speakers close to the business to offer operational content for teams at all levels. Amongst them were Axel Brachet, CFO EMEA Google Cloud on triple accounting, with Julie Gosalvez, CMO of Climeworks, a famous Carbon Capture Scale-Up, Juliette Guillemin, Head of Sustainable Procurement at AFNOR, or with Katie Hill, Executive Chair at B Lab Europe.
