Conduct studies and interviews to evaluate the trial and identify and measure why and how the new returnable cup usage can be efficiently adopted in France.

  • Customer surveys instore : 8 half-days throughout 8 weeks
  • Customer surveys online: running during 4 weeks 
  • Partners focus groups: 2 sessions of observations and feedbacks collection.
