“School of Impact”, the new school for training in ecological transition.

When we talk about the subject of positive impact in the private sector, we talk a lot about innovative start-ups, companies that engage in ambitious climate strategies or even the latest big fundraisers. But we often forget to mention an essential aspect: humans. However, there cannot be rapid changes if we do not foster the number of people working for Positive Impact.

It is from this observation that the School of Impact was born, the school of management of positive impact, innovation and sustainable development. Chaired by Vincent Ducrey (also co-founder of the Hub Institute), the school will be launched with a first promotion of 25 learners and will train the “impact makers” of tomorrow in order to fill positions in companies that want to combine economic, social and environmental. These 25 people will be welcomed from October to follow the Master of Science Project Management, Innovation & Sustainable Development in Paris in the 8th arrondissement on a work-study basis.

Vincent Ducrey explains: Our future “Positive Impact Managers” will benefit from training that is inspirational, innovative, theoretical and very committed to action. They will learn how to transform organizations in the service of a more sustainable world.

Thanks to its vast network of expert partner companies, SOI immerses its learners in the ecosystem of positive impact in action. They can become CSR & Impact project manager, sustainable marketing project manager, consultant, on a work-study basis.

Finally, SOI has chosen professors and speakers who are experts in their fields. The lessons are given by professionals who work daily in the world of positive impact, but also by reference teachers on the fundamental subjects. SOI’s Scientific Council therefore brings together around fifty specialists, capable of covering all subjects related to the Impact.

Thanks to its affiliation with the HUB Institute and its members including many large groups, organizations and impact start-ups, School of Impact will allow students to attend premium conferences from experts in the field, from partner companies and from have access to promising work-study and career opportunities.

The first SOI promotion is limited to 25 learners determined to positively impact the world of tomorrow. But the school then aims to train 500 learners, to deploy in the regions in 8 cities within 5 years and to develop at European and international level.
