Exploring AI’s role in shaping sustainable, data-driven business strategies with expert insights
On Thursday March 20th, we co-organized the second 2025 breakfast of Viva Technology‘s Viva+ CSO club.
A morning session dedicated to CSOs, rich in discussions around a hot topic: how to make AI a true lever for sustainable transformation for companies, both on a human and environmental level, as well as on a business level. Thank you to our inspiring speakers Chloé Daudier, Axel Dauchez (Make.org), Jean-Christophe Vidal (Konexio), and our co-founder Guillaume Richard de Vesvrotte.
An insightful discussion that explored the foundations of useful, practical AI that serves companies that want to move forward:

Biased business decisions come from biased data. The priority? Work with your internal teams/suppliers to secure primary, reliable, traceable, and unbiased data collection.
– Data-powered, not just data-managed
AI shouldn’t be just another reporting tool. It should help you take action: arbitrate, transform, reallocate, and accelerate your strategic choices.
– Impact > Productivity
The challenge isn’t to do more, faster. It’s to ensure that every AI action creates environmental, social, and business value. Otherwise, your business won’t benefit from AI’s potential on the long run.
