Overview
A signature methodology, designed to perfectly fit your decarbonation maturity and needs, ultimately to make your decarbonation objectives a reality.
Timing
4 months, divided in 3 main steps:
- Decarbonation diagnostic on the 3 Scopes and prioritized actions (with stakeholder mapping to identify data owners within each department, review the data collected, calculating the carbon footprint using the data provided and the selected emission factors, comparing your carbon performance with competitors and/or industry standards)
- Decarbonation strategy writing (can include SBTi trajectory definition) with quantifying financial and environmental impacts, ideation session to take things further
- Decarbonation roadmaps with dashboard to structure the data and allow everyone to have the extra financial KPIs of their scope of action (on key topics all along the value chain: sourcing, packaging, logistic, products offer, end-of-life products…)
