At WDNR, World Climate Day is every day, not just December 8.
Initially, this World Climate Day was created on the initiative of several NGOs in order to recall the threat of global warming and the need to act to limit its effects. It aims to raise awareness of the importance of climate change, which is increasingly affecting people.
While a lot of progress has been made in terms of awareness and consideration globally around global warming, it is unfortunately an important reminder of our need to move from intentions to actions.
At WDNR, we did not wait for this day to act. We fully committed into our conviction that the private sector has a key role to play and can be a force for good against global warming (and more). That is why:
